07 Jan Getting into 2023
We’re a week into 2023 and it’s been feeling like spring all week. Rain, freezing rain, grey skies. I’m kind of missing frigid and snowy, something I thought I’d never say.
It was another review/editing week along with work on the audiobook. My next task is working on getting When Last SeenĀ out to reviewers now that the editing is complete. The ebook went up for advance orders on Amazon as well this week so you can order it now if this is your preferred method of reading. It looks like it’s already making a splash – advance sales help to keep a book front and centre with the mysterious algorithms. The paperback, ebook and audiobook will all be released April 1st!
When Last Seen will soon be available on NetGalley for reviewers, so excited about this as well.
So my publicity dance card is wide open the next few months. If you belong to a book club and would like me to drop in virtually, send me a note through my contact page and we can set up a visit. I’m even available for in-person visits in Ottawa although most people seem to still prefer virtual. Meeting readers is one of the joys of this writing gig.
This week, I’ll be getting back to working on my latest manuscript and I have a blog post to write for Monday about my New Year’s writing resolutions for 7 Criminal Minds. There’s never a lack of things to do ….
Good week, everyone. Stay warm and dry and don’t forget to have some fun.
